“Wellness Through Yoga” Workshop

 “Yoga for Wellness” a one day Yoga session by Ar. Sukoon Noorani was
conducted as a part of the international yoga day celebration and Social Connect
and Responsibility subject for students and faculty of Department of Architecture.
 The session was conducted by Ar, Sukoon Noorani and her assistant Ms.Shrigauri
Irangouda in temple premises of KLS GIT.The session the enriched the students
and faculty.
 The session promoted the importance of Yoga in day to day life and highlighted the
array of benefits for healthy life style.
 Yoga session involved stretching and performing various asanas and
Suryanamaskars which can improve flexibility, strength, and balance, while also
reducing stress, anxiety, further enhancing this aspect of physical fitness.
