
“Yoga for Wellness” a one day Yoga session by Ar. Sukoon Noorani was
conducted as a part of the international yoga day celebration and Social Connect
and Responsibility subject for students and faculty of Department of Architecture.
The session was conducted by Ar, Sukoon Noorani and her assistant Ms.Shrigauri
Irangouda in temple premises of KLS GIT.The session the enriched the students
and faculty.
The session promoted the importance of Yoga in day to day life and highlighted the
array of benefits for healthy life style.
Yoga session involved stretching and performing various asanas and
Suryanamaskars which can improve flexibility, strength, and balance, while also
reducing stress, anxiety, further enhancing this aspect of physical fitness.
