Department of Master of Computer Applications at KLS Gogte Institute of Technology organized a 3-Day Faculty Development Program (FDP)/Workshop on “Blockchain Technology – A Hands-On Approach” from June 25-27, 2024.
About the Workshop:
Blockchain technology is revolutionizing industries by providing secure, transparent, and efficient solutions for data management and transactions.
This FDP/workshop aimed to
- Equip the participants with comprehensive knowledge and skills related to blockchain technology.
- Provide practical, hands-on experience in solidity programming, allowing participants to gain proficiency in developing smart contracts for blockchain applications.
- Encourage collaboration and research in blockchain field.
The FDP/Workshop saw active participation from many faculty members, research scholars, and PG students, all of whom successfully completed the program.
Our esteemed resource person, Mr. Prasaanth Sahoo, led the sessions with a hands-on teaching approach, providing participants with practical skills and in-depth knowledge of blockchain technology.
